DeSantis Says Trump Will Lie About 2024 Election Results ‘No Matter What’

Republican presidential candidate and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis predicted that if Donald Trump loses the Iowa Caucus or New Hampshire primary, he “will say it’s stolen no matter what” on the campaign trail Friday. “Governor, do you expect the former president to accept the results, say, in Iowa or New Hampshire, given the unfounded claims about 2020?” asked a reporter. “If Trump loses, he will say it’s stolen no matter what, absolutely. Bad!” tweeted Trump the day after the 2016 Iowa Caucus. “Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified,” he continued.
