Job title: PhD student Scientific department: Department of Structure and Dynamics of Nucleic Acids Project: 23-05639S, Molecular dynamics simulations of RNA: from static structures to molecular ensembles, Czech Science Foundation

Size of workload: 1.0 Length of employment: until 31. 12. 2024

Minimum educational attainment: Master degree diploma Qualification level: V2 Professional requirements:

Excellent and recent knowledge of computational chemistry of nucleic acids, especially of atomistic simulations in explicit solvent;

Active PhD study in the programme of biomolecular chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics or the related subjects; at any universities in Brno;

Excellent knowledge of structure of protein-RNA complexes;

Active knowledge of English language and ability to write scientific texts.

Language requirements: English – minimal level C1
