The research activities will include the study of the spatio-temporal dynamics of Selected Soluble Lysosomal Hydrolases (SSLHs) by using different techniques including flow cytometric, biochemical and fluorescence based (i.e. Super-resolution and Confocal laser scanning microscopy) imaging approaches. In particular, in addition to the experimental activities, the appointee will also contribute to the planning of the project activities and their reporting.

Eligibility criteriaMaster's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and/or related and professional curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities.
• Professional scientific experience, tested also by scientific publications in : ✓ Cell biology techniques (cell cultures, immunofluorescence, etc.) ✓ Molecular biology (extraction and analysis of DNA, RNA and proteins, transfection, etc.); ✓ fluorescence microscopy (CLSM); ✓ Knowledge of MS Office and the main software for data and image analysis, and bibliography management (eg: CellProfiler Analyst, FIJI / ImageJ, Origin, Sigmaplot, Endnote, Mendeley, etc.);
• good level of English and some knowledge of Italian
