Offer Description

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Ph.D. candidate to join our research program dedicated to the exploration of the role of arginine in melanoma resistance to therapies. The recruited person will have a central role in the ANR JCJC project TRANSMET lead by Michaël CEREZO within the ROCCHI/PASSERON team (https: // www. c3m-nice.fr/en/Teams/team-12/) at the Mediterranean Center for Molecular Medicine (C3M) in Nice. The C3M is a research center dedicated to translational research into cancer, cardiometabolic diseases and infectious diseases. The association of researchers and clinicians working in C3M creates a synergy based on a common project at the interface between fundamental research and clinical research. The C3M is currently in a growing phase, with the ambition of attracting new talents with passion for research.

Essential

You hold a Diploma of Master in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Master in Bioscience Engineering, Master in Biomedical Sciences or other Master of Science with relevant expertise;

You have a strong interest in/knowledge of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and Cancer research;

You have excellent English speaking and writing skills;

Desirable but not required

You have a degree for laboratory animal experiments.

You have experience with research on melanoma, epigenetic, cell signaling.

You have experience with bioinformatic analysis.

Specific Requirements

Hold a Diploma of Master in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Master in Bioscience Engineering, Master in Biomedical Sciences or other Master of Science with relevant expertise
