Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechanics, Materials and Biomedical Engineering is looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant in the discipline of mechanical engineering with skills in the field of corrosion resistance tests (potentiostatics and potentiodynamics polarization, immersion tests), scratches resistance (scratch test), microhardness, physicochemical tests (Raman spectroscopy, wettability tests).

Person at the position of an assistant should have predispositions to teach classes and should be able to perform research work in the indicated discipline and specialty.

Candidate's Statement of compliance with the requirements set out in Law on Higher Education and Science. The competition is open to candidates who meet the conditions specified in theAct dated 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science and the Statute of Wroclaw University of Technology.

Selection process

The above-mentioned documents, written in Polish and signed by the candidate, should be submitted at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, 5 Łukasiewicza Street, 50-371 Wroclaw, room 2.19 or 2.20, building B4 or send a scanned set of documents to the e-mail address: [email protected] until 03 January 2023 till 09:00 a.m. Applications should enclose reference number AS6/W10/K58/11/2022.

Applications from candidates will be considered by the Commission Board appointed by the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology.

Competition may be inconclusive without giving reasons.
