  • The Department of Commercial and Business Law is looking for a research assistant (prae doc) with interest in business and corporate law to support research and teaching. The department of Commercial and Business Law is part of the Vienna Law School. The function of the department is research and teaching in the field of commercial and business law. - Place of Work: Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial and Business Law (Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ulrich Torggler, LL.M.), Schottenbastei 10-16, 1010 Wien.

    The announcement is made for three years, whereby the employment relationship is initially limited to 1.5 years and is automatically extended to a total of three years, unless the employer submits a declaration of non-renewal after a maximum of 12 months. An extension to 4 years is possible with probation and corresponding work progress.
