The Institute of Chemical research of Catalonia (ICIQ) based in Tarragona is seeking a Talent Officer.
ICIQ is committed to performing excellent research at the frontier of knowledge in the broad area of chemistry (Catalysis, Artificial Photosynthesis, Activation of Small Molecules, Photovoltaics, Functional Molecular Assemblies and Chemical Biology, from either theoretical or experimental perspectives). ICIQ is looking for a Talent officer to help our Institute to find excellent researchers and identify their training and development needs, especially at the PhD and post-doctoral level. The selected candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both applicants and employees across the world. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and be able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all learning actions. This successful candidate will directly report to ICIQ's HR Manager.
To excel as a Talent Officer we expect the selected candidate to be experienced in performing recruiting, employment branding, training & development activities in an academic scientific environment. The selected candidate should have an open mindset and strategic thinking to coach researchers in their career path and should have a steady commitment to help them finding success in & out of our Institute.
