We currently offer various topics in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, informatics and comparable backgrounds.

At MIRMI we aim to develop an artificial sensor skin usable in robotic hands/ prosthetics and sensorizing object surfaces for human grasping experiments.

Despite decades of research, commercial tactile skins that show versatile applicability to different surfaces and structures are still overdue. The new fabrication method of embedded 3D-printing offers the potential to solve this issue...
