Building on earlier work in scenario planning, the project has two themes: It seeks to improve the strategic forecasting skills of individuals and groups in organizations and examine ways how individuals and groups can improve their forecasting skills regarding major environmental trends that will affect the company's business. Second, it aims to develop so-called frugal heuristics for making decisions. This topic sits at the intersection of strategy, psychology, economics, and statistics. The research associate would join the project team.
