Skills/Qualifications

The academic Post-doctoral degree or equivalent in the discipline of management and quality studies or economics and finance,

experience in conducting research in the field of management and quality sciences or economics and finance, confirmed by achievements in the form of international scientific publications,

activity in scientific and research works (participation in acquiring research projects, management of projects, grants or scientific and research teams or their substantive execution),

scientific achievements of at least a series of thematically related scientific publications published in scientific journals or in peer-reviewed materials from international conferences or a scientific monograph or a chapter in a book, included in the scientific evaluation, based on separate regulations; in the discipline of management and quality science or economics and finance,

participation in editorial committees of foreign scientific journals,

significant scientific activity carried out in cooperation with other universities or research institutions, in particular foreign ones,

knowledge of English at least at B2 level, as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Achievements, which are the basis for applying for the above-mentioned position, must be achievements obtained after the award of the doctoral degree.
