Applicants should have finished a university degree in computer science or other relevant disciplines. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and prior experience with Python and state-of-the-art machine learning methods. Previous experience in the field of medical imaging analysis is desired. Candidates who lack the aforementioned skills should have a strong motivation to develop these skills during their training. The applicant will be expected to interact and collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines.
All data to be used for the project, imaging scanning facilities and computer infrastructure are entirely available. The candidate is planned to be assigned to an appropriate PhD Program at TUM. Salary is according to the guidelines of the German Research Foundation (DFG) and German TV-L.
