The Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM) is a materials research organization in Germany. Our mission is to ensure safety in technology and chemistry. Scientific activity within the scope of processing a research project in the field of hydrogen firing. The aim of the research project is to develop a fire test rig using hydrogen as an alternative energy source instead of the propane used at BAM. In addition, the focus of the work is to ensure that fire loads required by dangerous goods legislation can be introduced into the dangerous goods containers under consideration.Specific tasks include:
