Together with university partners at seven renowned partner sites, we have established the German Cancer Consortium (DKTK).
For the research group of Prof. Dr. Philipp Greif (Department of Medicine III, LMU Klinikum) at the DKTK partner site Munich the German Cancer Research Center is seeking a PhD Student in bioinformatics. The research group has long standing expertise in the molecular dissection of tumor diseases und functional modeling of somatic alterations in cancer. The research is focused on the pathogenesis of acute leukemia and tumor metabolism. In collaboration with the Comprehensive Cancer Center Munich (CCC Munich), we analyze the molecular profiles of advanced tumors across entities, providing the basis for personalized treatment strategies.
