We have an open position for a highly motivated PhD or MD-PhD student for translational research in the cardiovascular field. We seek highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals who have a Master or MD qualification to join our enthusiastic, collaborative, and diverse team. Candidates with experience in the cardiovascular field and ex-vivo organ perfusion technologies are especially encouraged to apply. A keen interest in work with experimental animal models is also desirable. We also seek to increase the number of women and minorities and particularly encourage them to apply.

Minimum requirements: Master degree in life sciences or medical technology and / or MD; Strong interest in cardiac physiology; High motivation; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Comfortable working independently and in a small group environment; Proficiency in English (familiarity with German is welcomed)
