Der Krebsinformationsdienst des Deutschen Krebsforschungszentrums vermittelt in verständlicher Sprache aktuelles, qualitätsgeprüftes Wissen zu Krebs per Telefon, E-Mail und im Internet. Das Angebot richtet sich sowohl an Bürger:innen als auch an Fachkreise. Zur Verstärkung unserer Arbeitsgruppe "Medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Dokumentation" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Medizinische:n Dokumentationsassistent:in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (19,75 Stunden/Woche).

Job description:

In einem engagierten, interdisziplinären Team kümmern Sie sich um folgende Aufgaben:

Aufbau und Pflege von Datenbanken

Pflege von Content-Management-Systemen (CMS)

Analyse und Auswertung von Daten mit entsprechenden Statistik-Tools

Betreuung eines Newsletter-Systems

Erstellung und Durchführung von Nutzerbefragungen mit LimeSurvey

Kooperation mit der hausinternen IT-Abteilung

Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen Problemen

Parallel zu Ihrer Tätigkeit nehmen Sie kontinuierlich an Schulungen und Weiterbildungen teil, um die hohe Qualität des Krebsinformationsdienstes weiter zu verbessern.

Requirements:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Medizinische:r Dokumentationsassistent:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken (MS Access, SQL) und Standardsoftware (MS Office)

Kenntnisse / Interesse an der Arbeit mit CMS

Bereitschaft und Aufgeschlossenheit zum Erlernen von Neuem

Hohe Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute kommunikative Eigenschaften

Präzise, engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2-Niveau)
