We are looking for highly motivated and high-potential candidates for Master 2 internships on the development of deep learning image analysis methods to decipher biomolecular conformational variability from challenging cryo electron microscopy or cryo electron tomography data. If you have excellent grades, excellent level of written and spoken English, strong background in computer science and machine learning, strong programming skills, and keen interest in protein science, this is the project for you! The best candidates will be supported to apply for a PhD scholarship following the internship. The internship will involve French and foreign collaborations (teams in Spain, Japan, and Australia).
